More than 2 billion people, 28% of the world’s population, have never heard the name of Jesus. Of some 16,000 people groups in the world today, over 6,000 are still unreached by the Gospel.

More than 19 million people, in over 2,500 people groups, have no access to the Holy Scriptures, Jesus films or Christian recordings.

An alliance of evangelistic ministries is calling on all Christians to participate in the second International Day for the Unreached on June 4, 2017, as part of a renewed effort to reach out to the more than 2 billion people around the world who have yet to hear the gospel.
