Adam R. Holz is the Managing Copy Editor for Plugged In, Focus on the Family’s media review and discernment website.

Adam has worked at Plugged In for 14 years and in that time has reviewed about 600 movies­—as well as hundreds more albums and tracks as the site’s primary music reviewer during that time.

Adam previously had a seven-year stint at NavPress as Associate Editor for Discipleship Journal. He is the author of the NavPress Bible study Beating Busyness.

Adam has also written for a number of other publications, including Thriving Family, Focus on the Family magazine. Brio, Breakaway, Sisterhood, Susie, Discipleship Journal, Current Thoughts & Trends, Pray!, YouthWorker Journal, The Washington Times and Our Daily Bread. Adam has been interviewed by MSNBC, MTV, CBN and Moody Radio.

Adam is married to Jennifer, and they have three children. In his free time, Adam enjoys playing guitar with his son, who plays bass.
