Hear the word of the Lord: “If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.” (2 Chronicles 7:14)

Families are breaking up. Young people are falling away from the church. Greed and apostasy are on the rise… Our nation is poised for a spiritual healing and revival. Listen as Susie welcomes Byron Paulus and Bill Elliff back to the program to unpack that truth from their book, .

Byron and Paul talk about their heart for revival.

“Although the fever pitch of revival may not last, the results of real revival absolutely do last. That’s why it’s critical to pursue it. In the first Great Awakening, 15% of the population of America came to faith in Christ. In Little Rock you have about 700,000 – so what if in the next two years, 100,000 people came to faith in Christ? Would that change our schools, churches, governments? It would change everything. Revival and awakening change culture – who among us would not long for that?”

Byron and Bill also explore

• Why our nation is poised for revival

• The connection between repentance and revival

• The “rising tide of desperation” in America

• How to raise the topic of awakening with those around us in the church

• Battling the pace of the culture in order to spend more time with God

• The “piece of chalk” practice and how it connects to personal revival

• How reconciliation and forgiveness pave the way for a corporate awakening

Are we willing to get before the Lord and watch Him work in our lives, homes, workplaces, cities, and nations? True revival will leave us changed. Byron sums it up well.

“When you see the fire, the smoke is on your clothes forever.”
