To be increasingly healthy, we need to form a strategy. According to Dr. Dunlop sitting is the new smoking. Our sedentary life style has become a real obstacle to healthy living. He offers insights on how we can began an exercise program, including his observation that we ought to “go low & go slow”. That is to say, we should head for low impact exercises and go slow as we begin. He also recommends stretching after exercise.

Why is it so key to be “doing life” with others? Dr. Dunlop points to the Bible’s call for us not to be alone, and expresses his belief that it’s key to a lifestyle of wellness to be in fellowship with others.
