Neil started working at KTIS in the Twin Cities in 1976. His assignments included KTIS morning show host for five years, afternoon host for nine years, then serving in several capacities with the Skylight Satellite Network and Northwestern Media. Some of his roles at Faith Radio Network included host of Connecting Faith, Director of Programming, and Station Manager.
Neil and his wife Shari live in suburban St. Paul. They have three adult children along with spouses and six grandchildren. He holds a Masters degree in Theological Studies from the University of Northwestern.
