During the past 28 years Brent Fulton has served hundreds of organizations, churches, and individuals involved in China through his role as consultant, facilitator, editor, and teacher.

Dr. Fulton is President and Co-founder of ChinaSource, an international organization that engages the Christian community with critical knowledge for collaborating with and serving the Chinese church and society. Since 1998 he has edited the ChinaSource Quarterly, an authoritative resource for ministry leaders and practitioners serving in China. Dr. Fulton was Managing Director of the Institute for Chinese Studies at Wheaton College from 1995 to 2000 and served previously as founding US Director of China Ministries International.

Dr. Fulton holds M.A. and Ph.D. degrees in Political Science from the University of Southern California and a B.A. in Radio-TV-Film from Messiah College. He and his wife, Jasmine, live in Hong Kong.
