Recently one of our friends posted on his Facebook page a story about his 5 year old son – who after several hours of daytime TV tried to convince Mom and Dad that he had fibromyalgia; a few minutes later he returned to ask them if they needed a “reverse mortgage?”  To which our friend decided then and there that limits must be placed on TV watching!

This story illustrates Paul’s concern for us in Philippians 4:8,

Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things.”

Thank you for listening and supporting Faith Radio!  Your prayers and generous support keep the good and refreshing words of faith on the air!

MINISTRY UPDATE

The Live Free Challenge is off and running (no pun intended).  All this month, we are asking listeners to walk, run, ride and even commit their CrossFit workouts to raise money for the rescue, intervention and rehabilitation of human trafficking victims. It is not too late to get involved — You can learn more here.

Beginning March 19th Faith Radio and the University of Northwestern are offering a Free 6-week online Bible course on the Life of Christ.  You can find out more information here. But hurry, space is limited.

Thanks again for listening and for telling your friends about Faith Radio!  God bless you!
