Are you willing to “get dirty”?

Maybe you have the two-car garage, the good paying job with the great pension, and your kids are going to go to college someday to enable themselves to do the same with their life.

Yeah, you go to church, tithe 10% (likely more), and lead your small group for a quarter every year.

All of this is great; God’s given you the opportunity to be a productive citizen, to parent, and to be involved with the local church.

But does your life, your faith seem dry? Do feel like something is missing?

Do you feel like you’re just simply believing Christ and not following him?

Author David Nowell asked some of these same questions, and the answers he found led him to caring for ‘the least of these’. Specifically, Nowell targeted the victims of the sex trafficking industry, the orphaned, and impoverished children across the globe.

Nowell joined Dr. Bill Maier Live! to talk about his book,  , and to challenge Christians to understand how loving as God loves is central to the Christian faith.

In addition to authoring the aforementioned book, Nowell is the President of Hope Unlimited, a Christian nonprofit that ministers to sex-trafficked children, street orphans, and child prisoners.

David shared with Dr. Bill some of the harrowing stories of those very children, and says the numbers are far larger than many people understand:

Highlight: 2 million
