What is God doing across the country? Listen as evangelist Andrew Palau joins the program to talk about how to share the gospel and reach people where they are with Jesus’ love.
Andrew is in the midst of a massive evangelistic push in New York with his father, international evangelist Luis Palau.
“We always work with and through the local church. It’s been three or four years of casting vision… The Lord is pushing this forward. There’s great prayer that goes into it.”
Andrew and the rest of the Luis Palau team are planning outreaches that include New York City, Long Island, and a historic outreach in Central Park later this summer. He draws a connection between sharing the gospel and active, ongoing follow-up with those have chosen to follow Jesus.
“We’ve been called to preach or share the good news in the city and win a large number of disciples. Once you win them, you have to disciple them. That’s how I think of it. One of the things we’ve been led to do recently is combining … service activity [with preaching the Word].”
Andrew points to unity as a key witness to the world. “They will know we are Christians by our love.”
