Bill and Arnold talk about self destructive behavior with counselor, author and speaker, Todd Mulliken.

Although there is no “one size fits all” solution to stop self destructive behavior, Todd gives us three antidotes to help combat it.

1.  Slowing things down through prayer and meditation on God’s Word

2.  Bring the Holy Spirit into your thought process and replace lies with truths

3.  Start to recognize behaviors and see how how they align to God’s will

Todd Mulliken is the owner of Mulliken Counseling Center in Edina, Minnesota, which is a Clinic where Todd and other therapists provide counseling for individuals, couples, and families. Todd has writtenThe State of Affairs, All the Best for Couples, All the Best for Parents.
