Dave Clutter is a beloved on air personality at 98.5 KTIS in Minnesota’s Twin Cities, where he also serves as Assistant Program Director. His decades’ long media career has taken him from small towns across the Upper Midwest to the TV news desk at KARE 11 in Minneapolis, and now to a home on the airwaves of KTIS.
