Brad is an international tax accountant for the entertainment industry, but he didn’t always have that lofty title. Brad began playing music professionally as a kid and being immersed in the entertainment lifestyle led him to, as he says, “artificial intelligence.” Brad decided he wanted something more than late nights in a studio but it wasn’t until he decided to become a tax lawyer that he realized how substances were affecting his life.

He looked for hobbies and distractions to keep him away from marijuana, but it was alcohol that crept into his life and became an issue. Brad confided in a friend about his problem and after a relapse that led him further into his addiction, he now has 10 years of sobriety!

After hearing a life-changing message through Christian radio, Brad decided he needed to start giving back and he now assists the Teen Challenge audio department and he shares his daily habits that keep him sober and in the right mind. He highlights how having disciplined habits can become second nature and a healthy part of your daily routine no matter where you are or what kind of recovery you’re in.
