Paul’s job in law enforcement gave him a sense of identity, and his role as an undercover cop brought him face to face with drug dealers. Drinking became a way to de-stress, and ten years into is career, it became a real problem. After getting a DUI as a cop, and ending up on the news, his problem became public very quickly.

Paul turned to a treatment center, and ultimately God, and he’s learned in the course of things that God has had Paul right where he wants him. His process of surrender has lead him to a new life where he works for a residential recovery program and he know the value of giving back.
