Many hands make light work!  When I hear that – I hear my Dad’s voice!  Every night after supper Dad would remind us to help Mom clear off the tables and put the dishes in the sink. We weren’t great help, but we did learn the principle that each of us can do something and that if we each do our part the work gets done.

In 2 Corinthians 8, Paul wrote the following:

“And now, brothers and sisters, we want you to know about the grace that God has given the Macedonian churches. In the midst of a very severe trial, their overflowing joy and their extreme poverty welled up in rich generosity.”

Paul used the Macedonians as an example of how God’s grace to give can happen under extreme poverty-like conditions. Later in this same chapter, Paul says the Macedonians “begged for the opportunity to participate in the offering!”

This month many worthy ministries will be asking for your financial help. Please don’t turn a deaf ear and do what you can for as many ministries as you can.  Remember, many hands make for light work! As you pray about your year-end giving, thanks for also considering Faith Radio.  Your support keeps us going and growing!

You can give a gift today! Thank you!
