One of our favorite special editions on Connecting Faith has you deciding the topic! That’s what happens each month when we invite Bible professors from University of Northwestern into the studio and open the phone lines for questions on the Bible, faith and the church.

Professors Mark Muska and Brad Sickler return to field your questions and encourage your faith as we once again Ask the Professor. We open our Bibles and open up the phones on this latest Connecting Faith. Here are some of the questions we tackle during the show:

• Does God operate along what we understand to be logical lines? And – if so – wouldn’t that make logic powerful than God?

• What is a “blood moon” in prophecy, and does it have any impact on our world today?

• The Lord’s Prayer says God will not lead us into temptation, but James seems to say otherwise. Can you explain this?

• When I pray, should I be talking to God the Father or to Jesus?

• How are we to understand the biblical reference to heaping burning coals on the heads of our enemies?

• Can you explain the connections between the Islamic, Christian & Jewish faiths?

Highlight: On forgiveness
