There are many people in the kingdom of God, and everyone has a past. God can redeem the darkest decisions in the life of a saint. Susie talks with author and speaker Liz Curtis Higgs about what that looks like and how God uses women with shady reputations to advance His purposes.

Listen as Liz and Susie look at the lessons we can learn from the following bad girls of the Bible:

The unnamed sinful woman of Luke 7:36-50

Eve, the first bad girl of the Bible

Potipher’s wife in Genesis 39

Rahab the harlot (and then the redeemed)

Like these woman of the Bible, Christ pursed us while we were at our worst, and died for us while we were at our worst. Liz shared Romans 5:8 to show how God uses even sinners to accomplish His goals our lives.

But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. – Romans 5:8

Liz encourages you to enter into these women’s hearts and see if there is anything that looks remotely familiar. Then ask God to show you how you can not follow their footsteps and follow redemption.
